Please submit student's psycho-educational report or other assessments / evaluations / documents, such as an Individualized Education Program (IEP) to help assess the applicant’s learning profile (if applicable, PDF only). Please note that if the document is password-protected, we will not receive your submission, so it is important not to upload password-protected documents. You may send it to us later when we contact you.
