- Centennial is equipped to meet the requirements of a wide range of learners, including but not limited to those with language-based difficulties such as Dyslexia, visual spatial disorders, central auditory processing difficulties, Attention Deficit Disorder, Asperger's syndrome and Tourette’s syndrome.
- A class size of 15-18 students ensures each student receives the individual attention needed.
- Classrooms are designed to enhance students’ ability to focus on learning with acoustic-tiled ceilings and carpeting to absorb sound along with natural and softer artificial light sources.
- Every classroom is equipped with state-of-the-art projection equipment for displaying visuals and navigating the Web, as well integrated sound systems.
- Each student is assigned their own laptop that they use throughout their five years at Centennial, which have all the standard and specialized software.
- Outfitted with 6 basketball nets, an electric scoreboard and an observation deck, Centennial's gym and weight room are well-equipped for team sports, intramurals and for individualized fitness and wellness programs.
- Students can choose between two hot meals per day, healthy snacks and a wide variety of soups, salads and drinks at the school cafeteria. Students can buy pre-paid cafeteria cards or can pay as they go. They also have the option of bringing a lunch from home with microwave ovens available for student use.
- Centennial is equipped with a chemistry lab and a physics lab for the Senior School, as well as a Middle School science lab.
- Art students are exposed to a wide variety of media, including sculpture, ceramic, portraits, pastels and mixed media.
- Students are provided with their choice of musical instrument for the compulsory Grade 7 music class. The music room has state-of-the-art equipment, including a Smart Board.
- The library houses more than 16,000 fiction, non-fiction and resource books, more than 30 print magazines and periodicals, and a number of online databases. There is Internet availability from every work terminal in the library and extensive reference resources available for all students.
