Contact the Admissions Department to request an information and application package.

Download the application form.

Complete all the requested information on the application form and send it to us along with the items on our Admissions Checklist.  
Please ensure that you submit all documents. This is the best way to ensure that we evaluate your child appropriately.

• Once we receive the completed application package, we will call you to schedule the admission assessment at a time that is convenient for you and your child.
• A family meeting for you and your child with the Student Success Team will take place to review the file.
